Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

We provide facilitation services for: Jeevan Pramaan submission via Aadhaar biometric authentication; SPARSH portal submissions for Defence pensioners; Aadhaar authentication assistance; eKYC for Punjab Pension Portal and State Govt. portals; EPFO and PSU pension life certificate facilitation. We are NOT a government body.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; ensure your Aadhaar is active and biometric-enabled; be present for the biometric authentication session; contact us promptly if details change; verify that your pension authority accepts digital life certificates.

3. Fees and Payment

Home Visit: $49 per certificate | Video Call: $29 per certificate | Community Camp: $19 per certificate | 2 people same home: $35 per certificate. Payment is due at time of service. Accepted: Cash, Interac e-Transfer, PayPal. No advance payment required to book.

4. Refund Policy

If submission fails due to technical error on our part, we will re-attempt at no additional charge. If failure is due to incorrect documents, a re-attempt fee may apply. No refunds for completed and successful submissions. Late cancellations may incur a $10 fee for home visits.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for: delays or rejections by pension authorities or UIDAI; technical outages in Government of India systems; pension disruptions caused by the client failure to submit on time; issues from inaccurate information provided by client. Our total liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
